Shipping Policy

We offer fast and secure shipping to ensure you receive your coffee in a timely manner. Below is our shipping policy:

Shipping Methods:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charge applies). For this, please contact us directly as shipping costs are standard.

Shipping Costs:
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

Order Processing:
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, except on weekends and holidays.
• Orders placed after 3 p.m. (local time) will be processed the following day.
• Our shipments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays due to logistics. (For more information, please visit the Shipping tab on our website.)

Shipping Address:
• Please ensure you provide the correct address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Shipments:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package online.

Shipping Issues:
